    Where do i begin, my friends (married couple) reached prior to me and the receptionist asked them for id and said couple is not allowed, they had to show him the marriage certificate. Secondly, when i reached he was asking me how much i paid for the hotel, how does it matter bro i paid online just give me the room designated to my booking. Third moment which left me speechless was the room that i booked was not available, i booked a family room for 3 guests and he said they dont have it, what do you mean, why would you approve my booking then. He was offering me shitty two rooms. i wanted to spend my time with friends peacefully what would i do with the other room. All the drama for i am trying to help you and u need to be understnsing about it. What do i understand that you can give me the room i paid for? they dont have any plates, spoons or fork my friend borrowed from the hotel next to it. The place was too congested and dirty. Really horrible experience i left for the airport as soon as possble so i dint have to spend a minute there.
