This independent chalet of about 170m2 includes on the ground floor the living room living/dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet as well as a first terrace facing East. On the first floor of the chalet is the different night corners, including a first bedroom with two bunk beds one square and two single beds one side by side, and three bedrooms each with a double bed. On the same floor is a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor (underground), there is a TV room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a space for storing ski equipment in winter and bicycles in summer, as well as the wellness area consisting of a spa and sauna, as well as a shower with toilet. The chalet is located on the Mont Rond area, about 800 meters from the ski lifts and all the necessities.
