Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside. All outdoor areas—including the pool, spa, decks, and garden—are used at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. Damage, breakages, or breaches of these rules may incur fees or result in the immediate termination of your stay. Quiet hours apply from 10pm to 7am. Only approved cleaners, trades and staff are permitted onsite, and guests must not move furniture or tamper with Wi-Fi or security devices. By staying, you accept full responsibility for your safety and personal belongings.
