8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026
In the room, the color of wall painting was everywhere on the wall of the room, on curtains and furniture. In bathroom the mirror was not clean. For bathroom 2 pair of sleepers should have been provided. The only best part was that the staffs of the hotel were quite cooperative and gentle. In the name of the hotel also there was ambiguity. Name of the hotel when I booked was hotel Shiva but when I reached there the name of the hotel was hotel Shiva Palace. Why so?
