Tucked into the lush tropical landscape of Christophe Harbour, this private 2-bedroom villa offers a peaceful escape within one of St. Kitts' most exclusive gated communities.
Enjoy mountain views, screened balconies, complimentary tennis and frequent visits from the island's green vervet monkeys.
Guests also enjoy privileged access to the private Pavilion Beach Club, while Christophe Harbour Marina, SOL Beach Bar and beautiful beaches are just minutes away.
The space:
Nestled among lush tropical greenery, this beautifully private two-bedroom villa combines relaxed Caribbean living with the quality and exclusivity of Christophe Harbour.
The home features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, high ceilings, coral stone floors and quality finishes throughout. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a flexible setup that can be prepared either as one king-size bed or two separate single beds — ideal for couples, families or friends traveling together.
Spacious screened balconies on three sides create wonderful indoor-outdoor living spaces for morning coffee, reading or simply enjoying the mountain breezes and surrounding nature.
The setting is exceptionally peaceful and private, with mountain and garden views and regular visits from St. Kitts' famous green vervet monkeys.
A tennis court sits directly beside the villa and is complimentary for guests.
Just minutes away are Christophe Harbour Marina, beautiful beaches and Salt Plage Beach Bar & Restaurant — one of our favorite spots on the island for sunset, cocktails and dinner.
Guests can also visit the exclusive oceanfront Pavilion Beach Club, an amenity reserved for residents and guests staying within Christophe Harbour.
Guest access:
Guests have private access to the entire villa, including its screened balconies and outdoor living spaces. The tennis court directly beside the villa is complimentary for guests.
As guests of Christophe Harbour, you also have access to the private Pavilion Beach Club, which is not open to the general public. You are welcome to visit the bar or dine at the Pavilion restaurant and enjoy the beach with no additional access fee.
Use of the Pavilion swimming pool and loungers requires a separate day pass, currently US$50 per person per day, purchased through the club. The villa does not have a private pool, and pool passes are not included in the accommodation rate.
Christophe Harbour Marina, Salt Plage Beach Bar and several beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away by car.
Other things to note:
A rental car is recommended to fully enjoy the area and explore St. Kitts. The marina, Pavilion Beach Club, Salt Plage Beach Bar and nearby beaches are only a few minutes away by car.
The villa enjoys a lush, secluded setting with mountain and tropical garden views rather than direct ocean views.
Guests can also access a nearby Atlantic-side beach through a private entrance approximately three minutes away. This is a beautiful, natural stretch of coastline, but Atlantic conditions can occasionally be rough and swimming is best suited to confident swimmers.
Please remember that Pavilion pool access is optional and carries a separate US$50 per-person day-pass fee. Dining at the Pavilion restaurant and access to the beach do not require a day pass.
