    *** was a gentleman guy, he was present there while we checked in, But manager was the most terrible we have ever witnessed , first of all he blamed agoda for booking a 5 adult room while we were 4 adults and 1 kid As soon as he heard that the booking was from agoda his attitude took a 360 degree turn. He said that we will have to pay for extra bed and it would cost us.. he kept balming agoda for the booking while he claimed he disnt had 5 person rooms in hsi hotels. My argument was why couldnt he cancel my booking where i did it almost a week to 10 days ago. And matter of fact they claimed that you cant reah agoda customer care on calls or other means , the only way is to mail them. I checked in late at 9pm since we were travelling and i did infomed the property in day twice about my late checkins. Its sad that i had to write this ling review. It ciuld have been a simple 5star review, the manager ruined it.
