This was my first time staying at THS Hills & Horizon Boutique Hotel, Katraj, and I honestly had such a wonderful experience.
I came from Chennai as a solo female traveller to experience the Ganapati festival, and one of my biggest concerns was feeling safe and comfortable. I’m really happy to say that I felt completely safe here. The manager, Mr. Srihari Patil and all the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my 4-day stay.
The property is beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. My room was comfortable, but what I loved the most was the **greenery and the garden**. And the swing… ❤️ That became my favourite spot! There was something so peaceful about sitting there and just enjoying the weather and the surroundings.
I actually came to Pune with plans to go around and do sightseeing, but after checking into this hotel, I became too comfortable in my room! 😄 The greenery outside my window, the peaceful atmosphere, the Pune weather and the beautiful hilltop-like setting made me want to simply stay back and enjoy the property.
The view from my room window was honestly the highlight. Waking up and looking at all that greenery was such a beautiful feeling , something I really can’t put into words.
I came to Pune for a break and to witness the Ganapati festival, but this stay became a beautiful part of the trip itself. I would definitely come back again, especially for a longer stay❤️

Definitely a must-recommended stay if you’re visiting Pune! I would highly recommend it for solo travellers, families and groups of friends as well. The property is quite big and spacious, and if you’re looking for a peaceful place away from the usual city rush, this is definitely worth considering.

I'd like to start by saying that the service by the caretakers is in my point, the thing that sets it apart. Mr Shetty was really helpful and of great service. This is one of the most beautiful places in Pune to stay in this budget. The rooms themselves are spacious but not extraordinary. It's the garden and the gathering area which caught my eye. The views are scenic and offers a skyline view of the south pune. It's in an area a bit secluded but I think that may be to it's advantage as unlike most other stays, its a breath of fresh air within 5 mins of the crowded city. Cab access via ola/uber is available. One of the best mornings I've had in a stay, with practically full of nature and well maintained garden and pathways. Special thanks to the caretaker, Mr Shetty. Would love it visit it again.
