"My primary and sole intention behind sharing this detailed feedback is to transparently communicate the exact reasons why I originally decided to choose this specific property, especially considering the fact that right before moving here, I was comfortably residing in a significantly larger and more spacious property located directly opposite to this establishment. To be completely fair and objective, this property undoubtedly possesses some genuinely remarkable and appealing features that initially attracted me; it successfully captures and exudes an authentic, traditional vibe of Jaipur that travelers crave, the geographical location within the city is highly convenient and well-situated, and spending time sitting on the rooftop offers a truly wonderful, relaxing, and pleasant atmosphere. In fact, my decision to trust this brand and choose their Jaipur branch was deeply rooted in my extensive past experience with this hostel chain, as I had previously spent a considerable and highly memorable amount of time staying at their Mumbai property, where I had an absolutely fantastic, warm, and welcoming experience. It is an excellent property in Mumbai, and based on that wonderful chapter, I developed a strong sense of loyalty and high expectations, knowing full well that while minor operational issues—such as a loud or rattling ceiling fan—can crop up in any establishment across the world, and even though there were times in Mumbai when requests from foreign tourists seemed to be prioritized over others or the fan speed was occasionally so intensely high that it made sleeping difficult, the overall hospitality and environment there were so profoundly positive that it naturally motivated me to stay with the same brand here in Jaipur. However, upon transitioning to this Jaipur property, I was deeply disappointed to discover that beyond the superficial charm of the location and the aesthetic of the rooftop, there are numerous persistent, deep-rooted issues and daily operational failures that severely compromise the entire guest experience. First and foremost, as a paying guest, you are forced to constantly encounter an overwhelming amount of unnecessary hassle, friction, and resistance over the most trivial, minor, and insignificant everyday things, creating an incredibly restrictive environment where you utterly fail to feel free, relaxed, or at home. A perfect and highly frustrating illustration of this suffocating micro-management occurred when I was simply trying to enjoy a quiet cup of tea from a standard ceramic cup, only to be abruptly interrupted, questioned, and strictly instructed by the management that I was not allowed to use a proper cup and must instead drink my tea out of the cheap plastic glasses provided by them. While I understand that every hospitality business has its own internal rules, and although they did eventually relent after a discussion and permitted me to drink from the ceramic cup—after which that specific matter went fine—the core issue here isn't merely about the tea cup itself, but rather the highly welcoming spirit of hospitality being completely crushed by an absurd tendency to micro-manage the tiniest, most harmless actions of the guests, which simply does not feel right, welcoming, or professional. To make matters worse, when I first arrived at this Jaipur branch and initially attempted to bring up these small, constructive observations at the front desk in a friendly manner, the response I received from the management was shockingly defensive and unprofessional; the main manager stationed at the reception bluntly, rudely, and dismissively asked me, 'If you are facing so many issues and have so many problems here, why did you even bother to come to our property?' I was taken aback by this hostile attitude and calmly explained to him that the only reason I came here was because of my past wonderful experience with their brand, and that my intention in pointing out these flaws was solely because
