The stay was good. But the room had some shortcomings. The main switch for the hot water kettle wasn’t working. The room telephone also wasn’t working properly. A few lights on the ceiling were also damaged, seemed like. The location and property were actually nice. And with the monsoon weather it was even better.
But I also had another concern. I was charged by the staff during checkout for the orders as in room dinner and surprise birthday cake during the stay. Especially for the cake was charged a very high amount, was a bit unexpected. And as I had requested on call before reaching the resort, that if anything special could be done for the birthday from their end. Nothing was made or done as a compliment to our stay.

The property itself is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting, surrounded by greenery and forest, which initially made us very excited about the stay. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing.
The biggest issue was that there was no electricity throughout the entire night. Since the property is located in a forested area, there were already a lot of mosquitoes, and without electricity, the mosquito coil/liquid repellents were also not effective. This made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to sleep through the night.
Another major concern was the swimming pool, which was very dirty and clearly lacked proper cleaning and maintenance. During our visit, we did not see anyone using the pool, which was understandable considering its condition.
Overall, the property has great potential because of its location and surroundings, but basic facilities such as uninterrupted electricity, mosquito control, and pool cleanliness need significant improvement. Hopefully, the management addresses these issues so that future guests can have a more comfortable experience.
