    Very nice hotel most comfortable bed I've slept on in Cambodia. The only issue is limited hot water but if this doesn't bother you it's close to five star good value. Just want to mention the super friendly and helpful security guards, and especially the front desk pleasant Lady her name is myy ching, I think she's the supervisor because any issue that I had,she would resolve it instantly and with a lovely pleasant smile. She's a very valuable member of that establishment. Thanks Myy Ching

    Room & Facilities — Multiple Issues Booked a Luxury King Room with bathtub as advertised on Agoda. Arrived to find no bathtub. Front desk admitted it was a listing error and moved me to another room — the "bathtub" there turned out to be an oversized DIY pool that couldn't sustain hot water. Cold soak, essentially. New room had no fridge, no hangers. Both had to be requested separately at the front desk. TV is mounted so low it's blocked by your feet when lying down. Wall plugs are Chinese-type (Type A/I), non-universal, and some are visibly loose. AC is ineffective at any setting — two full glass walls make the room impossible to cool properly. 6th floor faces an office building. Expect to be woken up by security guards whistling traffic directions every morning. **Bottom Line** I didn't check in to spend my stay running back and forth to the front desk. Basic amenities were missing, the room design is poorly thought out, and the equipment feels makeshift. At this price, there are clearly better options in the area. Not recommended. A side note: the positive reviews here appear to be overwhelmingly from Cambodian accounts. Draw your own conclusions.
