Arpo Hotel San Juan La Union

I expected a much better experience considering this hotel’s premium pricing. Compared with other accommodations in the area, it does not offer good value for the money. The level of service falls short of what you would expect from a hotel in this price range. While the staff were polite, they appeared to lack the level of training and attentiveness associated with higher-end hospitality. The bedding was also disappointing. The pillowcases, bed sheets, and comforter felt less than fresh, and as someone with sensitive skin, I experienced itching during my stay. This suggests that the linens may not have been thoroughly cleaned or replaced. Another major drawback is the poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear loud music from a bar across the road, as well as passing vehicles throughout the night, making it difficult to get a restful sleep. Overall, the quality of the rooms and the level of service are comparable to many resorts and hotels that cost about half as much. Unless significant improvements are made to the guest experience, cleanliness, and soundproofing, I don’t believe the premium price is justified.

Room is nice with big bathroom also pool at rooftop and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Near prime locations and has beach access. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again

For the money, the room was very small. There’s no closet and no tv. It was a very basic room. There’s money I spent per night was not worth it
