    The apartment is quite large with 2 double beds of Japanese type + 4 sofa beds in an open space, enough for the 5 of us. 1 toilet separate from the 1 bathroom, there is a kitchen & dining table. The place is clean near Nishi18 subway station. There was only a problem when checking in because we were not informed about the main door entry code so we had to wait 1 hour for contact ask them via chat, email, phone. There are no employees, contact is only via tablet computer at the small lobby table. The elevator is on the 2nd-4th floor so you have to lift your suitcases a little up the stairs.

    The room is more spacious than most hotels in Sapporo, with high-end amenities that make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The ReFa misting shower head was absolutely the best feature! However, the in-room washer doesn’t have a dryer, so doing laundry can be inconvenient since there’s no way to dry your clothes. There are also two TV screens but only one remote provided — when I called guest support, their solution was to unplug one screen to use the other. Despite these minor issues, overall it’s a great accommodation. I’d definitely stay here again.
