Welcome to Kenneth Manor, a beautifully restored 1900 Victorian where timeless character meets modern comfort. Just a short walk from Forsyth Park, this private main-floor suite is thoughtfully designed for two couples, close friends, or families looking to slow down, reconnect, and experience Savannah together.
Wake up to morning coffee on the spacious covered porch as the neighborhood comes to life, then stroll beneath Savannah's famous oak trees to nearby cafés, boutiques, restaurants, and historic squares. After a day exploring the city, return home to share a meal, relax with a movie, or simply enjoy each other's company in a space designed for comfort and connection.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast before heading out or cook dinner together after a day of sightseeing. Gather around the dining table for four.
The suite features two spacious King bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it an ideal layout for two couples or a small family. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite, while the second full bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway.

The front porch is shared with the upper suite and offers a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, people-watch, or unwind after a day exploring Savannah.
For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are located at the front and rear of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
Guest Access:
This MAIN FLOOR unit shares an entry way front door with the upper unit. Upon entering the front door, you have your own private door to access your private main floor suite. This listing is for the entire downstairs unit ONLY. The Upper unit can be rented separetely.
You will receive an access code to the electronic lock.
The Neighborhood:
PARKING: 1 designed parking spot is located directly across the street from the house. A parking pass will be provided. Encompassing 2.2 miles, the Savannah Historic District is compact and easy to navigate whether by foot or by wheel. To visit Savannah like a local, consider walking, bicycling or taking a pedicab around the district, which ranges from River to Gaston streets and East Broad Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
Getting Around:
One of the best things about staying at Kenneth Manor is that you can leave your car behind and experience Savannah the way locals do.
The Historic District is wonderfully walkable, with beautiful parks, historic squares, cafés, boutiques, restaurants, and galleries all within easy reach. A leisurely stroll is often the best way to discover the city's hidden gems.
If you'd like to explore a little farther, here are a few of our favorite ways to get around:
🚲 Bike
Savannah is a fantastic city to explore on two wheels. Ride through Forsyth Park, cruise beneath the famous oak trees, and discover charming neighborhoods at your own pace.
🚎 Free DOT Shuttle
Savannah's complimentary Downtown Transportation (DOT) shuttle makes it easy to explore the Historic District without worrying about parking. It's a convenient way to visit River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, and many of Savannah's most popular attractions.
🚲 Pedicabs
Need a break from walking? Pedicabs are a fun way to get around while learning a little local history along the way. They're commonly found near River Street and other popular tourist areas.
⛴️ Savannah Belles Ferry
Hop aboard the free Savannah Belles Ferry for a scenic ride across the Savannah River to Hutchinson Island and the Savannah Convention Center. It's a relaxing way to enjoy the waterfront and offers beautiful views of the city skyline.

**Historic Home**
Kenneth Manor was originally built in 1900 and has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its historic character while offering modern comforts. As with many historic homes, you may notice charming architectural details and unique features that reflect its history.
**Two-Story Home**
The home spans two levels connected by an interior staircase. Two king bedrooms are located on the main floor and two king bedrooms are upstairs, making it an ideal layout for families, multiple couples, and friends traveling together.
**Parking**
Two designated parking spaces are included with your reservation. Additional street parking may also be available nearby, subject to city regulations.
**Sensitive Plumbing**
Like many historic homes, Kenneth Manor has older plumbing. To help prevent backups, please flush **toilet paper only**. Baby wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, "flushable" wipes, and other items should be placed in the waste bins provided.
**Quiet Hours**
To help preserve the peaceful character of our neighborhood, we kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours between **9:00 PM and 9:00 AM**.
**Smoke-Free Home**
Kenneth Manor is a **100% smoke-free property**, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and all other smoking products.
**Weapons & Illegal Substances**
For the safety and comfort of all guests, **firearms, weapons, and illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.**
**Pets**
Approved pets are welcome! Please let us know before booking if you plan to bring a pet so we can confirm your reservation and apply the appropriate pet fee. Undisclosed pets are not permitted.
**Packages & Mail**
Packages and mail cannot be delivered to the property. If you need to receive an item during your stay, we're happy to recommend nearby Amazon Lockers, UPS Stores, or other secure pickup locations.
**Security Cameras**
For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, rear entrance, and parking areas. There are **no cameras or recording devices inside the home**.

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home.
🎉 PARTIES / EVENTS — $1,500
Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.
🐾 UNAUTHORIZED PETS — $500
No pets unless specifically approved prior to arrival.
⏰ UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT — $250
Late checkout must be approved in advance.
👥 UNAUTHORIZED / EXCESS GUESTS — $100 PER PERSON
Only registered guests are permitted. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded.
🏊 POOL / HOT TUB CONTAMINATION — UP TO $500
Please do not add soap, oils, bath products, food, drinks or foreign substances to the pool or hot tub. Excessive contamination requiring draining, cleaning or rebalancing may result in additional charges.
🛏️ DAMAGED OR PERMANENTLY STAINED LINENS — $20 PER ITEM
Charges apply to linens or towels that are damaged or permanently stained beyond normal laundering.
🧹 EXCESSIVE CLEANING — ADDITIONAL CLEANING COST
Excessive mess, trash, stains or cleaning beyond a normal turnover may result in additional cleaning charges.
📹 TAMPERING WITH SAFETY DEVICES — $500
Do not cover, disconnect, remove or tamper with exterior security cameras, noise monitors, smoke detectors or other safety devices.
🏠 DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS — REPAIR / REPLACEMENT COST
Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear and for missing items, subject to the actual cost of repair or replacement.
