The location is the perfect mix of peaceful, rural country living, whilst still being just a minute walk away from all of the local amenities including a pub, fresh sourdough cafe and local supermarket.

Glebe Cottage is located just 3 miles from the centre of Beaminster. Beaminster is a picturesque Somerset Town, providing many local amenities including numerous supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, cafes, weekly markets and retail shops.

Glebe cottage would suit couples, families or professionals working/holidaying in the area, with close transport links to the M5 (just 20 miles from J25), Exeter Airport (50 minutes) and the coast (20 minutes). This is the perfect place for an all year round retreat.

There is lots of on street parking, guests can park outside property to unload belongings and then park the car just opposite the road to the house.

Both bedrooms provide a restful night’s sleep with soft furnishings and ample storage. At the rear of the cottage, a private garden offers a quiet outdoor space to unwind with a morning coffee or an evening drink after a day of exploring Dorset’s stunning countryside.

The location is ideal for discovering the best of the region: Bridport is around 10–15 minutes away, West Bay and the Jurassic Coast approximately 15–20 minutes, and the charming seaside town of Lyme Regis around 25–30 minutes’ drive. Crewkerne train station is also nearby for convenient travel links. Locally, Broadwindsor offers a village shop, café, and traditional pubs serving great food, all within easy reach.
