IDEAL UP TO 4 PEOPLE
You will feel more like staying in a house than an apartment with its zenithal ceiling under the roof and exposed framework. The living space is particularly pleasant and comfort is ensured by air conditioning in each room.
FAVOURITE
It is undoubtedly for the exceptionally bright living space oriented towards the outside with its triple exposure, its very large sliding windows and its quadruple bay window. Once opened, it gives you access to the terrace which becomes an extension of the living space. It also offers a sea view.
Other elements with singular charm, the apartment is accessible by a magnificent wooden and Corten steel footbridge.
LIVING COMFORT
The living area is very pleasant on a daily basis with an elegant, modern decoration warmed by the presence of wood. The quality of materials is also appreciable, such as the solid wood and steel table, the quality of the kitchen furniture. The whole offers a certain standing that you will appreciate.
The main room is composed of 3 zones with its kitchen open to the dining area and its very comfortable living room corner. From all sides, you will have a view towards the outside and the terrace, a true extension of this space with its outdoor dining table, its plancha and its lounger. It is a very friendly ensemble.
Having a parking space is already a "luxury" in La Ciotat, moreover, for electric vehicle owners, we provide a charging point. Charging costs will be at your expense in addition to the rental.
A FULLY COMFORTABLE SLEEPING AREA
It is separated from the living area by a small corridor that serves the 2 air-conditioned and bright bedrooms with their large window overlooking the old town of Ciotat. They are equipped with recent and quality bedding. One with a double bed of 160x200 and the second with 2 single beds of 80x200 that can be grouped together on request. Each room has its own dressing furniture.
The bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. It is very pleasant with a large Italian shower and its terrazzo-look tiling.
The toilet is independent.
It is a friendly place, ideally located to experience Provençal life to the rhythm of the climate, nature and the old town of Ciotat.
We can provide you with a high chair and a folding baby bed free of charge.

This person will present the property as a whole, its operating mode and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation.
They will provide and comment on our tourist guide which advises typical days to discover the region.

OTHER REMARKS
We provide 1 parking space with an electric vehicle charging point. To use it, you will need to request it from us in order to create an account. Charges will be billed at the actual consumption.
The apartment is notably equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Animals are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
It cannot be rented to organise parties or events.
Arrival hours: 4pm-7pm. Departure time: 9am-11am.
During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure within these time slots depending on the schedule of maintenance and reception teams.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located near the old town of La Ciotat, which can be explored leisurely along small charming streets, free from any traffic, as the centre is pedestrianised. You pass by houses whose construction spans from the 15th to the 19th century. The intertwining of streets and alleys lead to numerous squares, such as Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also enjoy the newly renovated quays of the old port, completely refurbished in 2019. Markets, terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its carved and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Figuerolles Calanque, Mugel park and Calanque, Green Island, beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
You can also take your vehicle and set off at will to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...
