Ground floor: Living room 10 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen 10 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (2 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bedroom 6 sqm and with 1 single bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet 5 sqm and with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Jadranovo. The holiday home is located on a 35 sqm enclosed woodland plot, bordered by a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
