We offer 2 coffee machines: drip coffee and Keurig. We also have a fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, water kettle, and essential dinnerwares.
You can enjoy Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+ and more.
FULL BATHROOM
Fully-stocked Bathroom with a walk-in shower, everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels.
PARKING
We will give you 1 large assigned parking in front of the house. Only for you.
REMOTE WORKING
Fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.
Guest access
You have access to the entire studio and 1 assigned parking space. There is a main house in front with its own yard and parking.

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite
• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests
• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Sierra Madre Rd, Spring Valley, CA 91977" for accurate distances
• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day
• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.
• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking
• Can I have guests come over? Yes, please update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest
• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Our family cleans our home. In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own
• Security devices?
One security camera: Front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home
One noise decibel monitor: Outside the house. The Minute device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio
• Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets. Price may vary depending on the guest count in the listing description
• Is smoking allowed? Please do NOT smoke to help keep the air fresh for all guests and the neighbors
