This renovated 1bd/1ba has a Smart TV with streaming options, a remote control powered fireplace, board games, & comfortable lounging. The kitchen is fully stocked plus a dishwasher, washer and dryer for laundry.
As you step outside, the outdoor pond-side firepit awaits, offering a tranquil spot to enjoy the peaceful surroundings as you gaze out over the serene water.
Pet friendly for up to 1 dog with a $75 pet fee.
The Space:
THE LOFT:
You walk in to the main level where you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, new stackable washer and dryer and the wooden staircase leading upstairs to the main living area.
Upstairs you have a cozy living room with remote control gas fireplace, a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a beautiful, modern full bathroom with walk in shower.
Off the living room you have a peaceful deck where you can sit in Adirondack chairs and overlook the pond or go down to the pond and enjoy the wood burning fire pit (fire wood provided).
Pet friendly for up to 1 dog for a $95 pet fee.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet and secluded neighborhood with plenty of fresh air. Close to Stowe, Stowe Mountain Resort, and Lamoille County.
Getting Around:
Vermont in general has a large percentage of dirt roads and dirt driveways. While we do our best to ensure that the roads and driveways are clear and passable, we cannot guarantee easy access to each property without a proper vehicle that has either AWD or 4WD and is equipped with proper snow tires. Please plan transportation according to the season.

- We do not accept cancelations due to Stowe Mountain ticket availability or regional storms. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for requests to cancel that fall outside of our cancellation policy.
