About this house rental
Our vacation home, Felicitas, located on the small Lake Labus in Wesenberg, warmly welcomes you to our website.
Our goal is to offer everyone a safe space where you can feel at ease, unwind, relax, have fun, and find joy—or simply let your mind wander.
Our newly renovated vacation home, which has been ready for occupancy since November 2025, is situated in an idyllic location in the woods right on the small Labussee and just a stone’s throw away from the large Weisser See. The large Weisser See is one of the most beautiful swimming lakes in the lake district. Nestled in green surroundings with a magnificent sandy beach and clear water.
Our vacation home is level with the ground except for the entrance step. The 70 m² of living space consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 guest restroom, and 1 bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in shower. The living room and one of the bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The new kitchen features modern appliances. (see photos). The house is equipped with many board games, books, audiobooks, and a small selection of DVDs.
Felicitas Vacation Home on Little Labus Lake:
The property features a garden with a barbecue area, a seating area, a lawn for sunbathing, and a fire pit. Parking is available.
Since the house is located on the Little Labus Lake, which is connected by canals and lakes, it is the ideal spot for canoeing, boat tours, stand-up paddleboarding, and, of course, fishing. It is possible to rent a rowboat or canoe.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. There is a covered porch at the back entrance with a bench and ashtrays, so smokers don’t have to stand out in the rain.
Dogs are allowed. If you plan to bring more than one dog, please contact us by email before booking. We charge a surcharge of 5 euros per day per dog.

Check-in is from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
