Craving sunshine, peace and a stay focused on relaxation? Drop your luggage in this lovely 60 m² villa, located in the Port Minervois residence, in the heart of the charming countryside of Homps. Comfortable, bright and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 people — ideal for a family getaway or a trip with friends just a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi!

Your villa, room by room:

- Garden: enjoy a pleasant outdoor space with garden furniture for your meals in the sun or summer evenings under the stars.

- Kitchen: fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle — everything you need to cook just like at home!

- Lounge: convivial and comfortable with sofa bed (1x2 persons – 140x200).

- Room 1: two single beds (2x1 person – 90x190).

- Room 2: a double bed (1x2 persons – 140x200).

- Bathroom: equipped with a bathtub, towel rack, hairdryer, and separate toilet.

- Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, WiFi, iron and ironing board, shared laundry, duvets, blankets and pillows included.

- Exterior and parking: private outdoor parking at the residence (non-nominative, subject to availability).

Everything is accessible on foot! Just 500 metres away, you will find shops, restaurants and the town centre of Homps. You can stroll along the Canal du Midi, enjoy a drink on a terrace or simply take in the typical charm of the Minervois villages.
