About this house rental
Your basecamp for Florida`s spring country. 9 min to Rainbow Springs, 19 min to Crystal River manatees, 35 min to Silver Springs glass-bottom boats. Pets welcome — screened patio, fire pit, and big yard are made for it.
Summer: tube the Rainbow River, kayak KP Hole, bike the Withlacoochee Trail.
Winter: swim with wild manatees at Three Sisters Springs.
Year-round: 72°F crystal-clear water, Juliette Falls golf, riverfront dining at Swampy`s.
The Property
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8. King master with en-suite and walk-in closet. Three queen bedrooms. All beds have premium bedding. Washer/dryer on-site.
Living & Kitchen
Open-concept layout with leather sofa, accent chairs, and seating for 8. 60` Roku TV with streaming. Dining table seats 6 plus a bar counter. Full kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook for the group.
The Yard
Screened patio — your bug-free zone for morning coffee and evening hangs. Stone fire pit with chairs. Charcoal grill. Spacious yard where kids and dogs can run. Parking for 3 vehicles.

• Rainbow Springs State Park (9 min) — swim in the 72°F headsprings, snorkel, hike the Pruitt Trail. Tubing mid-March through September.
• KP Hole County Park (5 min) — kayak, canoe, and SUP rentals year-round. Tubing shuttle in season.
• Three Sisters Springs / Crystal River (19 min) — swim with wild manatees November through March. Hundreds gather on cold mornings.
• Silver Springs State Park (35 min) — iconic glass-bottom boat tours. Great rainy-day option (boats run rain or shine).
• Withlacoochee State Trail (in town) — 46-mile paved trail for biking and running.

Full access to the entire home, screened patio, and yard. Self check-in with smart lock. Free parking for 3 vehicles. Garage is temporarily unavailable.

Quiet residential neighborhood in Rainbow Springs, 9 minutes from the state park. Country feel — you`ll hear frogs and birds, not traffic. Nearest grocery (Walmart) is 10 minutes in Dunnellon. Downtown Dunnellon has local restaurants (Swampy`s on the river is the standout). No sidewalks — you`ll drive everywhere, but nothing is more than 20 minutes away. Cell service is solid. This is springs country, not the suburbs — that`s the whole point.
You`ll need a car — there`s no rideshare or public transit out here. Free parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway plus street parking. Everything worth doing (Rainbow Springs, KP Hole, Crystal River, restaurants) is a 5-20 minute drive. Nearest gas station is 5 minutes away.
-Observe quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
-No smoking/vaping allowed on the property of this home. Additional cleaning fees may be applied for odor and stain removal.
-Kindly wash your dishes after use. Additional cleaning fees may apply if dishes are left unwashed.
-PARKING: Driveway parking is available, and you are also welcome to park on the street.
-Adjust the climate and lighting to your preference, but remember to TURN OFF all lights and appliances when not in use.
-You may use the fridge and pantry for storing food and consumables.
-Dispose of perishable items before the end of your stay.
-Please note that the fridge and pantry may contain food or consumables for guests to enjoy. However, it is the guests` responsibility to inspect these items before consumption, and the host is not responsible for any illness or adverse reactions that may occur.
-If you use spray tan, please bring your own linens, as staining may result in additional charges.
-Refrain from rearranging the furniture.
-If you plan to host an event (e.g., wedding, graduation, but not a party), please consult with me beforehand.
-Hosting a party without the host`s permission that results in extra cleaning will incur additional charges. If such an event disturbs neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-Suspected possession or use of illegal drugs will lead to contacting the authorities and GUESTS BEING ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-Please only flush toilet paper, no other paper products please as we are on a septic system. Failure to comply will result in additional fees.
-Finally, as this is an Airbnb community and my home, please treat the property with respect and leave it clean upon departure.
