Quiet cul-de-sac with driveway parking. This rental has 2 spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room and an area for simply meals. only to rest comfortably and quietly downstairs (in the basement, no shared spaces). The owner occupies the first floor, and has indoor-outdoor cat. Guests stayed on the basement floor. Dogs are welcomed. No shared amenity. Enjoy time relaxing and napping near the beautiful waterfall on the landscaped patio. Enjoy the pine trees in the large backyard. Just a few miles and minutes away from shopping centers, and restaurants. Travel 15 minutes to Arrowhead stadium, 20 minutes to downtown Kansas City, and 2 miles to the nearby grocery stores.
