The apartment is attached to the owners’ house but has its own private entrance via a hallway leading directly to the terrace. Although it’s by the roadside, you’ll find the interior quiet and the outdoor area peaceful depending on the time of day.



A private spa on a large, fully enclosed terrace awaits you for moments of relaxation. Enjoy the jacuzzi or have breakfast on the garden furniture, soaking up the morning sun.



Inside, the air-conditioned living area features a lounge with smart TV and a convertible sofa, an open kitchen with dining table, a bedroom area with a double bed and storage, and a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, and final cleaning are included. Pets are welcome if well-behaved. Baby equipment is available on request. Wi-Fi is provided.
