-A living area featuring a kitchen and dining space (the snack table extends to seat 4 people) and, on the other side, a lounge area with a sofa and TV, opening onto the terrace.
EQUIPMENT : Fully equipped kitchen with built-in oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, washer-dryer, and TV. Individual heat-pump heating and fibre-optic Wi-Fi.
