2. No smoking. A $750 fine applies if evidence is found.
3. Quiet hours: 10 PM on weekends, 9 PM on weekdays.
4. Lost or damaged key fobs will require a replacement fee.
5. Guests are responsible for damages or theft during their stay.
6. No illegal substances. Violation may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
