This room was ok, This visit evoked memories of family vacations in the '60's with its motor hotel vibe. Concrete floor and no carpet, but given the Arizona dust, that made some sense. Overall, it is dated, with clear efforts toward upgrading. The bathtub/shower is old and in need of repair, but serviceable. The room I had, included a small kitchenette with a 4 cup coffee maker, full size refrigerator, microwave and table and chairs. I did not try the stove/oven. Some plates and cups, one pan, no dish towels/paper towels. The refrigerator and microwave were very useful. There is no longer a continental breakfast being served. I enjoyed the pool. The motel staff was friendly and helpful, I felt the rate was reasonable. They accommodated my very late arrival and very early departure. I stayed for 5 nights.

Great location, close to historic district. Great value for price. Room was well appointed and nice. The kitchen was adequately equipped but required some cleaning. The exterior was a little gritty with dust and dirt, but that's probably true everywhere. Overall we were well satisfied with this motel
