The vacation home is designed to accommodate 4 adults plus 1–2 children. Thanks to its quiet location and immediate proximity to the beach, this comfortably furnished thatched cottage offers everything you need for a perfect vacation in every season.
The cottage is particularly well-suited for families with children or grandparents, or couples traveling together. The spacious living area, featuring a 55-inch TV, a fireplace, a comfortable seating area, and a cozy dining area, is a place for rest and relaxation. Directly from the living area, you can step outside onto a large terrace with a dining area, a cozy barbecue corner, and a beautiful garden.
Our garden is over 700 square meters. It’s an ideal retreat for the whole family, but especially perfect for children to play and run around in the fresh Baltic Sea air.
Noteworthy is its southwest-facing orientation, which provides plenty of sun from early morning until late evening
A traffic-calmed residential street minimizes traffic noise, and two parking spaces directly on the property ensure you the convenience you need upon arrival and departure.
The house is approximately 90 square meters in size, with a living area, kitchen, and shower room on the first floor, as well as 2 bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom on the upper floor.
