Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
HOUSE RULES:
Check in is 4pm
Check out is 11am
No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
Daily housekeeping is not provided
Park in designated areas only
Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date

This was the perfect place to stay. It was cute, clean, and met all of our needs. The bed was comfy, the sheets were soft and the towels were thick. The kitchen was well stocked, and the patio was cozy with an outdoor tv, a grill and a fire pit. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants on main, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Highly recommend!

The only recommendation that I would make is I wished the bed in the main room was slightly bigger and a little more comfortable.
