Any violations will lead to the cancellation of your reservation without a refund and a $3,000 fine.
Please note that the pool will be closed and unavailable for use from December to February due to the colder weather and maintenance schedule.
Since this is Las Vegas and the heat can be tough on air conditioners, our thermostat is set and locked at 72°F to prevent system burnout. The temperature cannot be adjusted.
For extra cooling, please use the fans provided and keep doors and windows closed. If you prefer it warmer, we recommend wearing a light jacket or sweater indoors.
Driveway and street parking available
Wi-Fi speed is 300 mbps
Full Access: The entire place is yours. All we ask is be a good neighbor, quiet when in front or backyard, and treat the home well.
**No SMOKING inside the house, you can only do so outside**
Please note these are initial supplies only and can be easily restocked at nearby stores if needed.

Dish soap (laundry detergent not provided)
Hand soap
Bath towels – 2 per bed (no washcloths)
Shower gel (shampoo not provided)
1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
1 paper towel roll in the kitchen
