Welcome to this stunning 6-bedroom villa in Ftelia, combining white Cycladic architecture with boho-chic design and modern comforts. Perfect for families and groups of up to 12 guests, the villa is located just 200 meters from Ftelia Beach and 1.5 km from the lively Alemagou Beach Bar, offering the ideal balance of relaxation and vibrant island life. The villa also boasts beautiful sea views from multiple outdoor areas.
The ground floor is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. This level includes three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, private balconies, and one additional twin room (+1) that can convert into a king-size bed or accommodate a baby cot on request. The +1 bedroom shares a bathroom with the main living area.
The upper floor offers two cozy and thoughtfully designed double bedrooms that share a bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for guests.
Outdoor spaces were created for relaxation and entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is a large covered patio with a pergola, built-in seating, and a dining table. This area also includes a BBQ, a swimming pool with sun beds, and a separate guest room located in a detached building.
The guest room is fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom, shower, bidet, mini fridge, coffee machine, kettle, TV, safe, and its own private patio. All bedrooms, except the +1 room, include a TV, safe, and air conditioning for added comfort.
