The bathroom features a walk-in shower, hand and bath towels, a bathtub, and a toilet. The separate kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment) is fully equipped and has everything you could need. The sleeper sofa has a sleeping surface measuring (125 x 200 cm). The storage room contains a washing machine, which is billed separately upon use! In addition, a lockable e-bike garage is available to you.

The double bedroom is furnished with a cozy box-spring bed (180 x 200 m), and the large living-dining room features a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 125 x 200 m) for the 3rd and 4th guests.
