Our warm, quiet, and centrally located apartment becomes your haven for a true seaside and mountain getaway, combining intimacy, traditional flavors, and lazy evenings with loved ones.
Welcome to our brand-new, energy-efficient A4 apartment, located on the top floor of an elegant building in Tortoreto Lido.

The elegant building in which the apartment is located is decorated with high-quality finishes and is located in the central area of Tortoreto Lido, just steps from the sea and 150 meters from the regional train station. Built to the highest construction standards, both in terms of thermal insulation and acoustic comfort, it keeps most of the stressful sound frequencies outside, allowing for a relaxing stay. Thanks to its independent heating and cooling system with a split heat pump, you can manage the air conditioning in each room as needed!

- Double bedroom with private balcony
- Bedroom with joinable twin beds and balcony
- Living room with double sofa bed
- Fully equipped modern kitchen
- Large terrace
- Full bathroom
- Outdoor laundry room with washing machine and sink
- Each room is equipped with independent hot/cold air conditioning for personalized comfort in any season.
- Thermal and acoustically insulated windows ensure relaxation and absolute privacy.
- 3 assigned bike spaces within the building, as well as a shared common area.
- Parking in a private, fenced area is available upon request, or free street parking is available.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house.
- Upon check-out, all trash must be disposed of.
- Smoking is permitted on the veranda and balcony.
- Natural gas is not available.
- Kitchen with induction hob.
