Welcome to our charming home on the first floor of an elegant residential complex, where the sea, natural light, and comfort create the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Porto Cesareo. Less than 250 meters from the beach and close to the center, it’s ideal for families and groups of up to 12 guests.
Thanks to its privileged location, you can reach the sea in just a few minutes on foot. The home stands out for its modern style, airy spaces, and warm atmosphere that welcomes you from the very first moment. The equipped terrace with sea view and barbecue is a delightful spot for outdoor lunches, sunset dinners, or moments of pure relaxation.

The two bedrooms, Scirocco and Tramontana, offer 5 and 4 beds respectively, with the option to add an extra bed. A second sofa bed is located in the open space area.
