The Space:
Welcome to our new beautiful centrally located house, just steps from the Microteatro cultural center and Plaza Serrano in Palermo Soho!
Comfortable Living room area with douglt height ceiling connected to the patio.
Fast and reliable Wifi is available throughout the place.
Air conditioner in every room.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suitable for up to 9 guests.
The beds can be adapted from twin to queen size depending on your needs.
There is a mini-pool on the terrace and a grill on the patio for outdoor enjoyment.
Guest Access:
We have a brand new app called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests)
Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
