The spacious living-dining room opens onto a private terrace, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances: oven, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, and more.
The apartment features three bedrooms thoughtfully designed for rest and comfort. The master bedroom includes a 150x190 double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and direct access to the patio. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with two 90x190 single beds. One has an en-suite bathroom with a comfortable shower, while the other uses a nearby full bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are fitted with viscoelastic mattresses, storage space, and centralized air conditioning and heating. Additional amenities include SmartTV, fiber internet for work or leisure, hairdryer, crib, high chair, iron, and ironing board.
The apartment also features a cozy second glazed living room that opens onto a spacious rear patio with dining table and chairs, offering direct access to one of the community’s swimming pools. A private parking space is available for use during the stay.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
