∙ Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.
∙ VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE.

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Amenities fee,One time fee per house per reservation .Must be paid prior to your check in time . Housekeeping, There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Pool heat pass 90 degrees cost is below
1-Cost: $100 per day , mandatory fee
2-Request 48 hours in advance.
3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
4-Temperature at 89F Is heated, if you’d like the heating to be pass 89F. You would need to purchase after booking. The heating will not exceed 93F.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

This was my first rental experience. Our host was great! She was very attentive and had a very quick response time. We had to reach out to her a few times to add names to the gate for entry to the home. Make sure you give all the guest name ahead of time. The house was well stocked with necessities and clean. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. The community was nice and plenty of parking. The commute to Disney was not bad at all. I would definitely book with her again..

This house was beautiful with lots of room for my family of 7 adults and 4 kids. The host responded to my emails within an hour of me sending them. I would rent this property again. I have already recommended this property to friends coming to the area in the spring.
