With everchanging, breathtaking views of the Mighty River Murray, the Lagoon and the rural landscapes, this lovely holiday home can be enjoyed by families or is an ideal getaway for couples. The property has direct river frontage, with its own pontoon to moor your boat or jet ski. The spacious front decking is the place to be to enjoy a morning coffee and take in the sunrise, or to unwind at the end of your day with a wine in hand to take in the stunning sunsets. There are also plenty of undercover entertaining spots to enjoy.

• Spacious front deck area with spectacular views of the river and beautiful sunsets and sunrises

• 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd has 2 single bunk beds
• Main 3-way bathroom has a shower, bath, powder room, toilet and a hand basin
• Slow combustion heater in lounge room with ducted evaporative cooling throughout the home
• Fire pit to sit around and enjoy under the beautiful, star filled, night sky
• Electric roller shutters on all but one window
• Undercover outdoor entertaining & BBQ area
• Private pontoon for mooring your boat or jet ski
• The community Nildottie boat ramp & picnic area is only 100m away

There is a steep pathway that meanders down the hill to the river’s edge and pontoon, where you can securely moor your boat or jet ski, please refer to photos.
There are many attractions in and around Nildottie, that include the International Dark Sky Reserve, Historical aboriginal board walk around Nildottie cliffs, Punyelroo caves & local dirt bike tracks only a kilometre away.
Swan Reach and Walker Flat are 10 minutes away in each direction for ferry access, general store, bottle shop & fuel supplies.
