The apartment has just been renovated and advertised for the end of 2025.

- Grenoble and all its activities 7 minutes by car.
- Ski resort 20 minutes by car. Access to the largest French ski areas by day.

- Gastronomic restaurant 5 minutes by car.
- Tennis/Padel court 5 minutes by car
- Tree climbing, skate park, swimming pool 15 minutes away.
- At the foot of the charterhouse and its pretty villages and hikes.
