The Dungeon is our perfect room with a special atmosphere for those romantic moments—perfect for couples! The open rain shower is built into the centuries-old stone wall with a beautiful glass front. Under the rustic vaulted ceiling, in the handmade king-size bed, you’ll drift off easily into a restful sleep.

Our house is just a 3-minute walk from Lake Stubenberg, as well as right on the Feistritz Valley Bike Trail and several hiking trails.
Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance.
We offer our guests a vacation in a unique atmosphere. Each of our double rooms offers luxury and comfort, including a rain shower, hair dryer, separate restroom, satellite TV (no ORF), radio, and coffee maker.
Each room has a private outdoor seating area.
Our handmade furniture, crafted from reclaimed wood, offers you relaxation and comfort in a cozy setting. We’d also be happy to bring breakfast to your room for a moment of complete togetherness.

On-site fees: Accommodation Agreement: Arrival & Departure Check-in: 14:30 -19:00, Check-out: 10:30 a.m. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please let us know in advance. Our room rates include the Genusscard (March 1–October 31) and breakfast. Excludes the overnight stay tax of €2.50 per person per night for guests aged 15 and older. The room rate and the overnight stay tax must be paid in cash upon departure (ATM available in town), unless already paid. From March 1 through October 31, the Genusscard is included in the room rate. You can take advantage of all the benefits from the day of arrival (inclusive) through the day of departure (inclusive). Therefore, (by prior arrangement) you are welcome to pick up the Genusscard from us in the morning on the day of arrival—even if your room is not yet ready—and start enjoying all the benefits right away. (www.genusscard.at), If you have an additional overnight guest, please let us know in advance! Pets are not permitted in our rooms. All of our rooms are non-smoking without exception. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace, balcony, or in the outdoor seating areas. Please use the ashtrays provided for this purpose. When leaving your room, please be sure to extinguish candles and turn off electric lights, as well as electrical appliances such as hair dryers, coffee makers, kettles, etc. Cleaning / Maintenance We can clean your room until 1:00 p.m. Since we don’t want to disturb you during your vacation, please turn your door sign to the “Clean” symbol if that’s okay with you; otherwise, please set it to “Do Not Disturb.” Please place any towels you’d like replaced on the bathroom floor to avoid unnecessary piles of laundry. If any of the appliances or the lights aren’t working, or if you encounter any other problems, please let us know so we can repair or replace them as soon as possible. Wi-Fi: All our rooms have Wi-Fi, which is password-protected. The password may only be shared with guests staying at the property. As a user, you are prohibited from any actions while using the hotspot that violate applicable law, infringe on the rights of third parties, or violate the principles of the protection of minors. Breakfast: Regional ingredients are a key focus of our breakfast. All our jams are homemade. We prepare breakfast separately for each room. So we don’t offer a large breakfast buffet. Instead, we tailor each meal individually to our guests’ preferences. Whether you prefer a classic breakfast with sausage and cheese, jam, honey, and soft-boiled eggs, or something a bit more unusual like savory breakfast muffins, ham and eggs, an omelet, or our Sunday special “French toast,” there’s something for everyone. Upon request, we’d be happy to bring breakfast to your room, or you can enjoy it outdoors when the weather is nice. If you have any allergies, please note them on the breakfast list provided upon arrival or let us know right when you book. (Lactose or gluten intolerance, etc.) We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests. Liability The following applies to the entire private property: Use at your own risk, and parents are responsible for their children. If a room key is lost, the guest is liable for a €50 fee, as the lock cylinder and key must be replaced. We, the property owners, are not liable for tenants’ valuables.
