Nestled in the heart of Soorts-Hossegor, between the peaceful lake and the bustling town centre, this elegant Landes villa, completely renovated in 2025, subtly combines the charm of traditional architecture with contemporary refinement, in a green setting conducive to tranquillity.
This villa comprises a large, bright living room with fireplace and dining area, featuring high ceilings. There is a separate designer kitchen with laundry room. The sleeping area consists of three 12m² bedrooms with wardrobes and storage cupboards, two shower rooms and a master suite with dressing room and bathroom, bathtub, shower cubicle and private toilet. Outside, there is parking space for two vehicles and, at the rear of the house, a garden area with a covered terrace, semi-inground swimming pool and garden shed with outdoor shower.
The villa is equipped with fibre optic broadband.
This accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities.
Heated swimming pool available from May to October.
