Located in the scenic Ruisseau de Vaux valley, this authentic holiday home is surrounded by beautiful panoramic landscapes and offers a peaceful escape in nature. The property is set on a vast 20-acre estate with impressive mature trees, sun terraces, a separate pavilion, and a garden patio with an outdoor sleeping mezzanine—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. The spacious accommodation provides ample private parking and several leisure facilities, including a barbecue, foosball table, darts, and multiple comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas. Ideal for nature lovers, families, sports enthusiasts, and groups of friends, the estate combines space, comfort, and tranquility. Recently renovated, the house blends modern comfort with its historic charm. Inside, guests can enjoy a large lounge with TV and Wi-Fi (including Netflix), a very spacious living and dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also features a large entrance hall with foosball and darts, as well as a separate bathroom with two showers, two toilets, a washing machine, and a dryer. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, each with a sink and mirror, along with a shared shower, toilet, and storage space. The surrounding area is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, horse riding, and fishing. Nearby attractions include indoor playgrounds, water parks, nature reserves, and the charming town of Huy. Liège and Namur are within a 30-minute drive. Final cleaning is included; guests are asked to leave the kitchen clean. Outdoor noise, open fires (except barbecue), smoking, and pets are not permitted.
Fire pits, gourmets, fondues or other baking and grilling equipment are not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed in designated areas Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 21:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
