    1. Point of contact is Receptionist and unfortunately female Receptionist are arrogant and unprofessional. 2. Water is flowing on the floor of bathroom, fortunately the other bathroom is manageable so the whole family has used it. 3. No door handle on the bathroom doom. So the bathroom cannot be locked from inside. 4. Racks of the cabinet is broken 5. In short note it is of NO value for money. 6. To hire a Taxi you have to walk 200 to 300 meters.

    The location of the property is spot on close to so many amenities and easy access to the centre of casablanca, the apartment inside needs more attention in terms of cleaninenss, the phone inside does not work, not enough towels, no hangers at all. After having a shower there was a leak from the shower tray so we end up with a big paddle in the bathroom. Kitchen utensils were very minimal lucky though we only stayed one night. At the check out we asked for an invoice the person at the reception told us only the manager can do that, we were asked to leave an email and the manager will email it to us. No email and no invoice were sent.
