First thing . They will give you 24 hours check in and check out time if you book offline with them.
Through agoda, though same money they give half day
Coming to cleanliness the rooms stinks a lot. No proper cleaning of bed chairs
The water in the bathroom sink is too worst and smelly
Even the washrooms were not maintained well.
TV was not working. Despite informing to the respective person nothing got fixed.
I booked through agoda seeing ratings and photos. But beware they are old photos

I think I had already given feedback... No hot water, no TV, remote not working, toilet flush not working, torn bedsheets, check in was too late and staff was getting multiple confirmations from hotel manager who is not at site...
