The owner of the lodge are very kind and helpful. They'll assist you with all your needs . We have nothing but great experience with them, they even assisted and cooked for my husband a special diet. The lodge is close to pharmacy, restaurants and local groceries, everything in a walking distance. They are very accomodating and even gave my husband a ride to pick up his dinner. 👌🫶We also requested to clean our room and they never hesitated! They assisted us with activities with a fair price!We're looking forward staying with them again.

I wasn’t expecting much but wow I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Internet was good. The place was within walkable distance to everything. They even offer cheaper tours. The female owner was very accommodating, and would chit chat with you.

One thing that stands out the most are the owners Mam LingLing and Her Husband. They will go over and beyond their usual service like for example giving us ideas on where to eat for Dinner (Gavins and Santinos), what tours to have and tour prices are lower than advertised. The rooms were spacious for group and for double occupancy. The aircon were working. The bathroom has hot shower, bidet, cups for toothbrush and with shampoo and soap. There is wifi. They also have a rooftop where you can chill , eat your free breakfast and enjoy the view of Coron. They also lent us drybags for free for our island hopping. When the weather was not desirable and the island hopping was canceled they catered to our needs by advising us where to go and we ended up being driven by the owner himself to our destination. 🙌🙌 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: The lady at the reception was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is convenient and accessible. Cons: Unfortunately, our experience with one of the older male staff members was unpleasant. He was often rude and dismissive, which affected our overall stay. Some of the staff in the kitchen area seemed unapproachable and rarely smiled, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Our room's electricity was cut off because we forgot to turn off the air conditioner. While this was our oversight, the issue stemmed from the fact that the air conditioning unit was outdated and not functioning properly, at times it blew warm air, forcing us to use the fan as well just to stay cool. I had to work a night shift and used the co-working space/restaurant area. Unfortunately, the lighting was too dim for video calls. When I turned on a few lights to improve visibility, the same older male staff member came and turned some of them off, despite the fact that other people were also working there. I understand the need to conserve energy, but it felt inconsiderate and disruptive. On the day of our checkout, he knocked and then partially opened our door without waiting for us to answer, saying he needed to measure the wall for a cabinet installation. This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel uncomfortable. A simple knock and waiting for us to respond would have been the respectful and appropriate approach. Overall: While the location and internet were great, and the receptionist was lovely, our stay was negatively impacted by uncomfortable interactions and a few issues with basic comfort. We understand the importance of energy conservation, but it shouldn't come at the expense of the guest experience and privacy.
