About this cabin rental
Detached cottage. Forsbacka is 20 minutes from Gävle and close to Storsjön. Kungsberget is a 30-minute drive away. There are also many other attractions, such as hiking trails and mountain bike trails (Hogbo).
The cottage itself has three bedrooms (sleeps seven) and has been recently renovated. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new. The living room has authentic details and a classic tiled fireplace.
The cottage is situated on the edge of the village, on the same plot of land as our own house. It has a small garden at the front, and at the back, a private patio surrounded by vegetation. The rest of the garden can be used, but is shared. It is good to know that a main road runs alongside the property. Therefore, it is not completely isolated. On the other side is Bruksparken; from there, you can walk into the forest from various directions.

I had a great stay. The hosts (a lovely family) were so kind and welcoming and the cottage was very comfortable - it has everything that you may need. The area is wonderful and beautiful.
