About this apartment rental
A 67 m² apartment, ideally located in the heart of Les Praz de Chamonix, just 300 meters from the Flégère aerial cableway, near the golf course, and 2 km from downtown Chamonix.
Close to amenities (bus stop at the bottom of the building, post office, grocery store, etc.).
Enjoy the comfort of its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as its living area with mountain views. Its open kitchen is perfect for sharing moments with family or friends in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- A living area featuring a living room with a sofa, a 100 cm Smart TV (Amazon Fire Stick and digital terrestrial channels), and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, Nespresso machine, kettle, fondue and raclette sets, etc.)
- A guest restroom.
- A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (can be configured with two 80x200cm beds), desk, and walk-in closet
- A first bathroom (not attached to the bedroom) with a sink and bathtub
- A second bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, desk, walk-in closet, and its own full en-suite bathroom (toilet, bathtub, and sink)
- A small laundry area with a washer and dryer
- A storage room completes this property and allows you to store your ski gear.
Important note regarding heating:
- The apartment’s heating is part of the building’s central heating system. Since it is managed centrally, the building management controls the schedule and settings based on current weather conditions;
It is therefore not possible to turn it on manually from inside the apartment unless the property management has already done so for the entire building.
Located just 300 meters from the Flégère ski lift, you can be on the slopes in just five minutes. Also ideal in the summer for hikers.
Located in Les Praz de Chamonix, all amenities are nearby for your convenience: ski rental, bus, grocery store, post office, and train station. Easily access the center of Les Praz, located just 2 km from the apartment.
This accommodation does not have a designated parking space. However, free parking is available right across from the building.
