In the resort 200 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 750 m from the lake, 550 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 100 m, extra. Shop 200 m, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 200 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 60 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 350 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 1.6 km, skisport facilities 550 m, cross country ski track 1.6 km, ice rink 500 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Grenon 750 m, Etang Long 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. The residence is built on an incline. The floors are seen more like levels (calculated from the bottom of the residence).
