Reimagined as a vacation rental in 2025, this cozy stand-alone home is perfect for a family getaway, a romantic weekend, a trip with close friends, or a relaxing home base for cheering on the Tigers.
Step inside and you’ll find a flexible living space designed to help you unwind and connect. Curl up with a book from the shelves, gather around for a puzzle or boardgame, or watch the big game on one of the two large DISH-equipped TVs — one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, whether you’re preparing a quiet breakfast or hosting a family dinner. It includes a gas range, oven, full-size refrigerator, spacious sink, complete cookware and dishes, and a dedicated coffee bar for slow mornings. When it’s mealtime, the expandable Murphy table folds out gracefully to seat up to five, or creates an intimate dining setting for two.
Both bedrooms are designed with comfort and practicality in mind. The cozy bunk room — a favorite among kids and readers — features two built-in bunks, a roll-out trundle, and shelves filled with books, creating the perfect little hideaway for quiet moments.
