About this house rental
Welcome to our newly built, cozy, family friendly home located between Fremont and Ballard. You will have easy access to all of the top attractions that Seattle has to offer. Steps away from bus stops that can take you directly to Downtown, Seattle Center, the stadiums, and University District. Minutes away from the Brewery District, Woodland Park Zoo, Ballard locks, Green Lake and Burke-Gilman trail. Many restaurants, grocery stores, outdoor markets, and parks in the area.
THE SPACE:
Our home is a newly renovated home in between Fremont and Ballard. It has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath and is perfect for 1 or 2 couples, a family of 4-5, or a group of friends.
The modern and cozy living room is the perfect place to gather, relax and enjoy spending quality time together. It has a comfortable couch, a TV with multiple streaming services, books providing information and ideas to explore what Seattle has to offer. We can also install baby gates at the bottom and top of the stairs (please let us know ahead of time).
The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. The kitchen includes a Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe machine, Aeroccino milk frother, tea bags, and snacks for you to enjoy. The cabinets are stocked with all the basic cooking supplies and utensils that you'll need for cooking and baking. There are children's plates, cups and utensils. We can also install a portable high chair (upon request).
The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed and one bedroom has a twin size. All come with high end linens and pillows, as well as light blocking shades. Each room is equipped with TV, closet and its own temperature control air conditioning/heating unit. We also have pack and play with mattress available (upon request).
The main bathroom is located on the second floor between the bedrooms. It has a full bathtub and shower and stocked body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
There is laundry area with stackable washer and dryer. As well as iron, ironing board and hand held steamer.
Street parking is abundant and it is generally easy to park right in front of the house.
The house is located is in a very safe neighborhood - we live here with our three children. It is also located in a terrific location for local excursions. Old Ballard is about 1.5 miles away, and downtown Fremont is only about a mile away. The Brewery district (Reubens, Fremont Brewery, Bale Breaker, Stoup, Fair Isle, Urban Family, etc) is about a mile away. If you do not want to drive, top attractions of Seattle such as the Pike Place Market, Seattle Center and South Lake Union are all a direct 25-minute bus ride away. University of Washington is about a 40 minutes bus ride or a 15 minute drive away. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away from the house.
About a block away is Ross Park and playground. This is a great place to bring your little ones to play and get some energy out!
Fred Meyer Supermarket is also about a 10 minutes walk and it has a wide selection of groceries, household items, electronics, and clothing. H Mart (Korean/Asian) and Trader Joe's are within walking distance as well.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guest have access to the whole house except for a locked small closet for host storage.
Other things to note
This is a family oriented neighborhood of other single family homes. Please respect our neighbors and keep quiet hours after 10 PM.
OTHER NOTES:
Absolutely no parties or smoking in the house allowed - if found, there will be a 500 dollars fine imposed.
Please take shoes off in the house - there is a shoe rack to place your shoes. This will help us keep the house clean.
