    It was a nice hotel and clean, very near to airport. But there is no food. I booked it with including breakfast but there was no food at all. So book it without breakfast or lunch.

    No extra bed/mattress facility available at the hotel. Terrible attitude of manager and receptionist and uncooperative. The rooms are decent and seem neat. Were forced to take an extra room due to mattress unavailability for a third person despite oral confirmation from fab hotel customer care. Contact the hotel website for checking any info or their contact info from Google. Fab customer care were helpless and hung up on the call.

    I never see such hotel that staff are behaving rudely, Please don't book room with kids they never allow and charge for kids on the spot . We paid unfortunately we didn't have any options. A 60 years man who is sitting in front office don't know to handle customers. That intentionally turn off AC from reception, giving reason for everything.. very bad experience..
